A  deep V planing hull provides the vessel with the ability to travel at high speeds with exceptional seaworthiness. This hull has a designed speed of over 40 knots and has achieved a fine balance between flat aft sections, generating greater lift and efficiency, and much finer than normal bow sections, reducing slamming into head seas and providing good seakeeping. Flared bow sections produces a smooth ride and a reverse chine keeps the deck dry.

Using traditional wooden boat construction techniques combined with modern epoxy resins and materials, the finished result has been outstanding.

The hull is constructed using a lightweight cedarwood core bonded together with epoxy resin and then laminated with knitted quadraxial glass cloth, both on the outside and the inside of the hull using epoxy resin.

This construction method is seven times stronger than normal GRP hull lay-up and upto one third less in weight.
